Here is a link to TIS Wipe-Wash Control for 2008 and later E9x models. The Wiring Diagram does NOT change with Chassis (E90 sedan, E91 Wagon, E92 Coupe, E93 Convertible).
That TIS wiring diagram is "Interactive" so you can click on any BLUE Component ID and get more information about that component. For instance if you click on F50 (Fuse), you get a page where you can select "Installation Location" for 2008 & later models (built AFTER 9/2007), which gives you the following screen. Note F50 is just below the Wiper Relay K36, and the Installation Location for the Relays is ALSO linked below:

If you have downloaded the Bentley Manual in pdf format, Fuse Charts for your 2008 model (2008 & later models, 9/2007 build date & later), are found on pdf pages 936 & 937, with a Fuse Box layout shown at upper-left of each page.
Fuse F50 powers the Wiper Motor (M3a) via either of the relays, K36 or K37, depending upon WHICH wiper speed is selected by the stalk switch. Regardless of WHAT is causing the wipers to operate with Ignition off or causing them to run at any time when they should NOT be running, if you pull that fuse F50, the wipers will STOP, perhaps NOT parking properly.
If you are an RN, you SHOULD have sufficient scientific background to DIY on this car with all the References available. You seem to be confused by multiple issues over the weeks you have posted here. You should be MORE aware of the concepts of "Triage" than most here.
I would suggest that you start over with a LIST of CURRENT ISSUES. For example, Voltage spikes or "Over-voltage" where the alternator output voltage is in the 16-17V Range can cause strange Module or Bus communications with issues like wipers running when NOT switched on. You mentioned someone (INCORRECTLY) applied jumper cables to the Battery in the trunk. NOT GOOD! So I would suggest listing ALL current issues (such as Won't Crank, Cranks but doesn't fire, runs but XX Warning Lights; XX system has yy improper operation).
oh mont a fuse 50
Then let us know what diagnostic tools you have available and your general experience or understanding with/of HOW to use each:
1) Multimeter & general experience/knowledge level measuring voltage or resistance
2) Experience in following wiring diagrams (start with Wiper diagram attached)
3) Any Scan Tool or diagnostic software you NOW have or have on order
4) Any Laptop or Android Device you currently have
5) IF you have laptop, but do NOT have INPA or ISTA installed, do you have experience downloading & installing software, or know someone who can do that part?
We would like to see you have a positive and confidence-building experience with this car, but like any other endeavor, its ALL about learning a step-at-a-time, building concepts that work for you, and NOT going down too many rabbit holes or getting "snowed"/discouraged by people who throw too much at you at once. TRIAGE/Prioritize.
